mad money 7/6/06: Bottom fishing stocks featured in this show are Automobile interior company Lear Corp (NYSE:LEA), heart device company St Jude Medical (NYSE:STJ) and Fortune Brands (NYSE: FO). Of these St Jude seems more convincing because it seems to have gone down because of problems with Boston Scientific (NYSE:BSX).

mad money 7/5/06:
Alcoa (NYSE:AA) and Yahoo (NASDAQ:YHOO) are two stocks that could rebound according to Cramer.

week of 6/19 on mad money

mad money 6/23: It is earnings time some stocks are at 52 week highs and they should go higher according to Cramer are JC Penney(NYSE:JCP), Education finance company First Marblehead Corp (NYSE:FMD) and GPS company Garmin (NASDAQ:GRMN). Research in Motion (NASDAQ:RIMM) and Palm Inc (NASDAQ:PALM) are reporting earnings on thursday the same day as Fed is announcing interest rate stuff. For high-growth investors, Cramer recommended Panera Bread Company(NASDAQ:PNRA) and for consistent growth it is General Mills(NYSE:GIS) and for value investors it is Walter Industries(NYSE:WLT). Cramer thinks the next acquisition could be on Devon Energy (NYSE:DVN) in Oil and gas sector. Knight Captol Group (NASDAQ:NITE) CEO is on the show.

mad money 6/21: Cramer recommends a trade on Research in Motion( NASDAQ:RIMM ) based on good prospects for model 8700. (8700 is set to appear in Verizon (NYSE:VZ and also it is reporting results on June 29). Big conglomerates like General Electric (NYSE:GE) and Siemens(NYSE:SI) are trying to buy medical equipment companies. Viasys Healthcare(NYSE:VAS), Vital Signs( NASDAQ:VITL ) are two such companies which have good fundamentals.

mad money 6/20: Because of airbus losing to Boeing(NYSE:BA), Cramer is recommending the following stocks which can benefit from Boeings success. Triumph Group, (NYSE:TGI) which designs and builds components for aircrafts, Heico, (NYSE:HEI) which makes replacement parts for engines, Moog (NYSE:MOG.A), which makes flight controls. He also recommended Hilton (NYSE:HLT) which is benefitting from travel boom and rising hotel room prices. Cramer also thinks Bear sterns(NYSE:BSC), Goldman sachs(NYSE:GS) and Lehman brothers(NYSE:LEH) are undervalued. Darden Restaurents(NYSE:DRI) CEO is on the show.

week of 6/12 on mad money

Here is one of the links which Yahoo puts on Monday but generally is invisible later. Today it is about 10 Top-rated stocks with low P/E ratios from Investor Business daily. Another interesting link I have found is 50 small-cap stock picks from cnn-money.

mad money on 6/14 It is time to clear out of ethanol stocks according to Cramer. He thinks there is more hype than the real potential here. Cramer also thinks that the market is going down because of the increase in margin debt. Here is a link from NYSE margin debt report. Nothing interesting about individual stocks today.

mad money on 6/13 Cramer thinks sooner or later people will start bargain hunting. He thinks natural gas stocks are oversold. Carizzo Oil & Gas Inc (NYSE:CRZO) is the best bargain right now according to Cramer. Another bottom stock with 52 week low is Reader's Digest Association Inc(NYSE:RDA). This seems to have a 3% yield right now but it is in print media. Cramer also thinks 3 companies which have lot of cash are Apple computer (NASDAQ:AAPL), CNOOC Ltd (NYSE:CEO) and Schering-Plough corporation (NYSE:SGP). Another speculative play on ethanol is MGP Ingradients Inc( NASDAQ:MGPI). MGPI CEO is on the show.

mad money on 6/12 These days Cramer is talking a little bit more about trends in stock market. Today its about finding bottom for stocks. He thinks the tech stocks are not bottom right now because they are still trading with high P/E. Houston exploration (NYSE:THX) is a bottom. WCI Communities Inc (NYSE:WCI), a high end builder is at a bottom right now. He thinks Tivo (NASDAQ:TIVO) is a tradeable stock right now though not a investible one (dont really know whether it is a buy or not). Personally I think Tivo would be bought by someone but I dont really think they would pay up. There seem to be some news about Cramer's speculative favorite Crystallex International (AMEX:KRY) which may not be getting the chance to mine in Venezuala due to political situation over there.

week of 6/4 on mad money

Another month, it seems to be equally depressing. There seem to be no logical reason for Gas prices to be up ( According to Bill Lockyear, California AG, since the beginning of the year Oil prices went up by 14% where as refiners margins went up by 110%. ) . Oil prices itself seem to be manipulated by various reasons including unnecessary wars and threats against and by Iran. Inflation meanwhile seem to be creeping up. In short, stock market is very depressing. But that is the time some stocks should go up. Anyway, lets see what Cramer does this week!

mad money link on 6/8
Cramer thinks speculative stocks are cheap now. He thinks the 10 speculative stocks to watch are Rentech Inc (AMEX:RTK), Crystallex International (AMEX:KRY), Ivanhoe Energy Inc.(NASDAQ:IVAN), Transmeridian expl inc. (NYSE:TMY), Northgate minerals corportation(AMEX:NXG), Eurozinc mining corporation(AMEX:EZM), JDS Uniphase Corp(NASDAQ:JDSU), Conexant systems (NASDAQ:CNXT), Finisar corp(NASDAQ:FNSR) and Ciena corp(NASDAQ:CIEN). None of these look particularly interesting for me though. The next segment however has something about navigation companies, where the picks are Garmin (NASDAQ:GRMN), Tr imble Navigation (NASDAQ:TRMB), NavTeq (NYSE:NVT) and MapInfo (NASDAQ:MAPS). Interesting to note is while Garmin went up by a big percentage, NavTeq stock did not do much for the year.

mad money link on 6/7 Cramer spent some time in trying to figure out when the selloff will end. Today's show fetured Allergan Inc (NYSE:AGN) on FDA's approval of Juvederm. He also recommended Cutera(NASDAQ:CUTR) and Palomar Medical Technologies Inc (NASDAQ:PMTI) on their patent settlement. Northgate minerals (AMEX:NXG) CEO is on the show explaining the bid for Aurizon mines( AMEX:AZK )

mad money link on 6/6
Cramer tried to distinguish between high quality vs low quality earnings. He says Lucent Technologies (NYSE:LU), H & R Block (NYSE:HRB) (A tax preparer messing its own taxes!!) and IMAX (NASDAQ:IMAX) have low quality earnings and so should be tossed out. Pepsi (NYSE:PEP), United Technologies Inc. (NYSE:UTX) and 3M Inc(NYSE:MMM) all have solid, high quality earnings and should be bought. Gold fell $14 today to $635 an ounce and he has a new recommendation for a brazilian stock , Yamana Gold( AMEX:AUY). Cramer also thinks Crystallex International (AMEX:KRY) a good investment for the second day.

mad money link on 6/5 Cramer explained volatility today and then explained how to do short term trading. He explained an example of Occidental Petroleum (NYSE:OXY) which is hedged to the price of Oil one way to play volatility by buying and selling when it goes up and down. But I dont subscribe to this theory. He recommended Dynegy Inc (NYSE:DYN). Crystallex International (AMEX:KRY) which Cramer recommended a while back and came down as part of metals sell-off CEO is on the show explaining his company's gold mine deal with Venezuala.

week of 5/1 and 5/8 on mad money

Last couple of weeks were busy at work, so couldnt watch all the shows yet. Wall Street Journal is offering a 10-day open house. Investors business daily's top rated ipos is on Yahoo finance.

5/12 mad money summary: PetroChina (NYSE:PTR) could be the next big oil company. Coal to Oil technology company Rentech Inc ( NYSE: RTK ) could benefit from high Oil prices. According to Cramer this technology is viable if Oil price stays above $45 a barrel. Cramer talked about Citigroup analyst's Ofiice Depot (NYSE:ODP) upgrade after its recent run-up.

5/11 mad money summary: Cramer thinks the four sectors to be in are MICA ( Materials, Infrastructure, Carbon and Aerospace. ) The companies he thinks will do well in those sectors are Brazilian company Gerdau (NYSE:GGB), AES (NYSE:AES), Schlumberger Inc (NYSE:SLB) and Haliburton (NYSE:HAL) and Triumph Group( NYSE:TGI).

5/10 mad money summary
: Airport operator Groupo Aeroportuario Del Sureste (NYSE:ASR ) is a natural monopoly and a turn-around company. A small Canadian company, Eurozinc mining (AMEX:EZM) which is a supplier to RTI International metals (NYSE:RTI). RTI won a big contract with Airbus and its stock is up. Administaff (NYSE:ASF ) CEO is on the show touting its buyback.

5/9 mad money summary: Bentonite, a kind of clay used in Oil Drilling is another to way make money of Oil Drilling. A company called Amcol International Corp(NYSE:ACO) has a grip on this. Defense contractors Lockheed Martin(NYSE:LMT) and Northrop Grumman(NYSE:NOC) are commended as key defense plays because they are cheap in their sector and getting big government largesse. Cephalon(NASDAQ:CEPH) CEO is on the show talking about why their sleep aid formulation is delayed. But enough biotechs and drug companies for this year.

5/8 mad money summary: This show is about all the companies which are traditionally boring but are doing well because of a new trend.

5/3 mad money summary: Oil technology companies Core Labs (NYSE:CLB), Dawson Geophysical Co. (NASDAQ:DWSN) and FMC Technologies Inc(NYSE:FTI) can benefit in Oil companies new investments. In my opinion these companies are a little bit too late to buy at this point. Russian company Gazprom may be good at this point according to Cramer but that sounds too risky.

5/2 mad money summary: Black and Decker (NYSE:BDK) is coming out with new line of power tools in May so its time to buy Black and Decker shares. Celgene Corp(NASDAQ:CELG), is recommended over potential acquisition rumor and also very quarter results and solid fundamentals. An interesting sidepoint is the general biotech decline including Cramer's January pick Myogen Inc. (NASDAQ:MYOG). Intuitive Surgical (NASDAQ:ISRG) and Atheros Communications(NASDAQ:ATHR) are discussed with Herb Greenberg. British Company NTL Holding Inc( NASDAQ:NTLI ) as a quadruple play of video, internet, voice and wireless service.

5/1 mad money summary: Todays show is all about ethanol. The first company featured is MGP Ingradients Inc (NASDAQ:MGPI) which has a business in converting cellulose into ethanol. The next company is Union Pacific Corp( NYSE:UNP ) which can benefit by the need to transport ethanol from midwest to all over the country. Toyota Motors (NYSE:TM) is the best way to play Hybrid technology. Cramer thinks Archers Daniel Midland corp NYSE:ADM still has some good reasons to buy.

A so-called confusing company Emcore Corporation (NASDAQ:EMKR) is recommended on four potentially successfult businesses. Freescale Semiconductor Inc (NYSE:FSL), a spinoff company spun off from Motorola is recommended because Cramer thinks it is not loved by Wall street and now will be after the great quarter. Interesting Comment about Google's blowout earnings, the new target is 600 based on $10 estimate times 60 (multiple Google ought to trade according to Cramer).

4/13 mad money summary: Cramer thinks price estimates for Oil are too low. Consequently most oil companies earnings estimate are too low. He recommends Occidental Petroleum Corp (NYSE:OXY). Energy Partners Ltd (NYSE:EPL) is another company that could do well if it keeps its output up. Recent price dip after earnings for Advanced Micro Devices Inc (NYSE:AMD) creates a good entry point for that stock. VeriFone Holding (NYSE:PAY) is another company that has been recommended on Lippman acquistion. ( Verifone used to be a company which was acquired by HP before and spun off as a private company and put back in market. Despite the enthusiasm, last time I worked for that company 10 years back, there used to be a belief its markets have satuarated in US, Europe and every country that matters. So their growth really has to come from the new markets like China, India).

4/12 mad money summary : Today's show is all about automation. The first stock that is recommended is Online Resources Corp. (NASDAQ:ORCC). This company makes software to automate small and midsize banks. Another company from yesterday's show Digital Insight Inc (NASDAQ:DGIN) is also recommended. week of 4/3 on mad money

Last Quarter has been good for stock market. This quarter started out strong but then fizzled on the first day. Investors Business Daily's top rated stocks link.

This week's best is NASDAQ:TOMO, NASDAQ:FLWS and may be NADAQ:CRYP

4/7 mad money summary Internet stock 1-800-Flowers.com(NASDAQ:FLWS) is recommended today for good fundamentals. Cramer also says wine sales are not factored into the earnings. Cryptologic Inc (NASDAQ:CRYP), which makes software for online gaming sites is consistently beating the estimates and also isbuying back its stock. Chattem Inc(NASDAQ:CHTT) is one of the defensive stocks which is currently out-of-favor because of hot commodities markets. This could bounce back when people rotate back in. Perficient Inc (NASDAQ:PRFT) CEO is on the show commenting about being a survivor.

4/6 mad money summary: Hot IPO for Sealy (NYSE:ZZ) is recommended for upto $18. Cramer recommends an Italian company Unicredito Italiano Bank(I am not sure it is appropriate to buy foreign shares for individual investment). 4/5 mad money summary: Brush Engineered Materials (NYSE:BW) is a recommendation based on being the sole integrated supplier of Beryllium. Beryllium is used to make telecom, computer parts and in Aerospace. Cramer thinks this will be as successful as his past metals recommendations like Alleghany Technologies inc(NYSE:ATI). Crystallex International Corp (AMEX:KRY) is recommended on projected continued success of Gold. Looks a lot of dependancy with what Mr Hugo Chavez lets this company do in Venezuela so very risky play in my opinion.

4/4 mad money summary National Beverage Corp (AMEX:FIZ) is likely to go up because of success of energy drink "Rip It".(Seems like a little far-fetched to me). Tom Online(NASDAQ:TOMO), a chinese mobile services company has good growth and so far has shown UPOD (Under promise-over deliver) strategy. Philips Van Heusen Corp (NYSE:PVH) is likely to do well on a trend which brandweek reported where people are supposed to be moving towards dress-shirts.

4/3 mad money summary: Baseball season has started and its time to buy baseball trading card and confectionary company Topps Company (NASDAQ:TOPP).
